Special tips for Seniors

Take precautions:
*Stay home
*Ask for telephone conference for medical appointments
*Reach out to your support person(s) for regular check-ins
*Wash your hands often, sanitize when handwashing is not available
*Keep distance from others, minimum 6 feet
*Practice self-care and do something at home that you enjoy

Stay connected:
*Keep in touch with family and friends by phone or video chat
*Reach out by phone to those who may need social interaction
*Don’t overdue watching the news or online media
*Trust only credible sources for updates

If you think you are getting sick:
*Call your primary care provider or Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000
*Do not use public transit to travel to the testing centre, if testing is advised
